Terms of service.

Korva Shop is a marketplace run by Korva Studio, a business registered in Malaysia. Buying or selling here means agreeing to these terms.

What the shop is

Templates are sold by independent sellers, and by Korva Studio itself. Each sale is a contract between you and that seller. Korva Shop lists the templates, runs the checkout and delivers the goods; it does not own the templates or hold the money.

Buying

  • Payment is taken by Stripe on the seller’s behalf. We never see your card number.
  • You receive an access link by email. Keep it: it is how you get back to your purchase.
  • Each purchase grants one licence, as set out on the licence page. The licence is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
  • Refunds follow the refund policy.
  • Prices are shown in MYR, SGD or USD depending on where you are; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Selling

  • You must be based in Malaysia and hold a Stripe account connected to the shop. Stripe pays you directly on its schedule; we set no minimum.
  • Korva Shop takes 15% of each sale as its fee, collected automatically at the moment of sale. Stripe’s processing fee is charged to you.
  • You warrant that every template you list is your own work, that you hold the rights to every element in it, and that it complies with the licences of the tools it was made in — including Canva’s content licence, which does not permit reselling Canva Pro elements in a template.
  • We review every listing before it goes live and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including for copyright complaints.
  • You agree to the refund policy as the one policy of the shop, and to the refund of your share when a purchase qualifies.
  • You are responsible for your own tax. We provide sales records; we do not withhold tax.

If you believe a template on the shop infringes your rights, write to hello@korvastudio.com with the listing and what you own. We take a listing down while we look into it.

Liability

We do our best to keep the shop and its files working. Beyond the refund policy, Korva Studio is not liable for losses arising from a template, its use, or the shop being unavailable.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the shop after a change means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
